Our vision at Coffee ConneX is to uphold, encourage, and challenge Christian women in their pilgrimage as disciples of Jesus Christ

LeadHer believes that just as women are often considered the heart of a home, they are also the backbone of the local and corporate church! Their contributions in the way of their unique gifts and talents are vital to the success of a church community and God's broader mission to the world. Yet, often most women's ministries and events are sadly lacking in any deepening spiritual formation and biblical literacy.

Thus, Coffee ConneX addresses women’s unique needs and challenges and equips them for service, which bears fruit for the local church and ultimately impacts the world for God's kingdom.

The X at the end of Coffee Connex is a cross on its side. When we humbly submit and take up our cross, we will walk in our gifts and calling as leaders, surrendered and ready to grow and positively impact others. Here at Coffee Connex, we believe leadership is a journey. That naturally takes being intentional. Coffee ConneX is where one willingly enters a journey of growth, mentoring, mutual accountability and encouragement to continually grow in leadership.

As with any journey, who you travel with can be more important that your destination. Coffee ConneX seeks to build a sisterhood of like-minded women who will support, encourage, and challenge each other to be all God has called them to be.

Finally, we are women of the Word who are tired of the fluff but desire to be fortified, built up and established in our faith. We desire community, connection, and accountability with like-minded sisters in Christ.
